Magnitude 6.7 Earthquake Vancouver Island, April 23, 2014
The earthquake was near the Haida Gwai area, that has been the site of several large earthquakes recently. A map of the region with the earthquake and a selection circle is below:

The sudden decrease in probability in late2009, 2011 and 2012 are due to major earthquakes that occurred in the region at those times.
